उत्तर प्रदेश के लखीमपुर खीरी में प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में बिस्तर पर मरीज की जगह कुत्ते आराम फरमाते हुए नजर आए जबकि तीमारदार नीचे फर्श पर बैठे हुए थे. अब वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारी जांच का दावा कर रहे हैं. इससे पहले चंदौली से भी ऐसा ही वीडियो सामने आया था.
